Grounding Yoga Flow with Movement for Choice

? Joy is My Justice ~ Grounding Yoga Flow ?

Join Movement for Choice for a grounding evening yoga flow at Temperance Alley Garden on Sunday, September 25th at 5 pm. We will be exploring the expansion and contraction of joy in our bodies and with the earth, including practices of vocal toning and self-inquiry.

Donations are encouraged but not required for attendance. 100% of all proceeds go to Movement for Choice's mission of fighting for reproductive justice through donation-based movement and educational events.

All you need to bring is yourself, water and a mat. We hope you join us!!
