Grounding with Rainbows: A Creative Earth Retreat
Where earth meets color, and creation becomes ceremony.
You’ll be guided through a warrior face painting ritual — a symbolic act of claiming your space, your voice, and your journey. Using face-safe paints and expressive markings, we step into the archetype of the warrior-artist: courageous, truthful, embodied, and seen.
Grounding with Rainbows is a sacred creative retreat where we return to the Earth, to our bodies, and to the art that lives within us. Blending intuitive art-making, grounding rituals, movement, and ceremonial face painting, this immersive experience invites you to come home to your creative power and your untamed spirit.
This is a journey for anyone ready to awaken their wild, radiant self.
What You’ll Experience

What you will need.
- Please bring water to stay hydrated, a notebook and pen for any journaling.
- Snacks/packed lunch.
- Any meaningful items you would like to place on the alter.(crystal, feather,photo)
- Old clothes you dont mind getting painty
- face cloth and towel.
Herbal teas available throughout the session, feel free to bring your own.

Rebecca is a qualified Art Psychotherapist , Shamanic Energy practitioner and Reiki Healer . Her journey began in 2012 helping people use art to support their emotional, physical wellbeing and mental health, developing her practice and advancing into spiritual healing. The studio is a no shoes zone.
Access- The studio is situated on the second floor of the Mill and there is no lift.
There is a free parking outside and next to the studios. Give yourself time to find a parking space.
