Join us Saturday, March 28th at 6pm for a Grounding Sound Bath experience 🌿
Sound bath facilitator Arien Grosskurth guides participants through a nervous system reset using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and Native American flute. She’s joined by her husband, TruthSeekah, who brings the grounding rhythms of the native drum and didgeridoo.
Together they create a space for deep rest and intuitive healing🙌
After the sound bath, guests will have the option to move through contrast and carry that calm into the sauna and cold.
