Grounding Hatha-Kundalini

This session is a curated journey to calm the mind and strengthen the body, using grounding Pranayama (breath control), purposeful asana (postures), and potent Kriya sequences. We will explore finding ease even within physical and mental challenge, learning to steady the mind, release built-up anxiety, and reconnect with a deeper sense of self. The class is open to all levels, offering a mindful blend of challenge and relaxation.

The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building. You can bring your own mat or use one of ours.
