Theobroma Cacao, also called food of the Gods, is a tool for working with your emotional landscape. It allows you access to the hidden layers of your subconscious mind, gently guiding you through your emotions. It is a wonderful tool to work with when you want to ground into your body, find some stillness in your busy life, and honour your connection to the natural world around you.
The session will commence with an introduction to cacao, followed by drinking this nourishing plant medicine. Malika will guide you through the work with cacao with live music and prompts to settle into your body. The practice will also contain time for reflection, journaling, and sharing.
