Opening and Grounding Spirals is a subtle, embodied 3-hour workshop exploring spiral movement through the body, rooted in curiosity, felt experience and whole-body connection.
This session focuses on the axial matrix, hips, feet and Earth Flow, offering an introduction to spiral movement through guided exploration and awareness-led practice.
About the workshop
Rooted in my study of the 5 Filaments Spiral Syllabus, this workshop invites us to move, sense, notice and explore how Opening and Grounding Spirals can be experienced in the body. Less about forcing shapes, more about curiosity, responsiveness, and meeting movement as a whole-body experience.
Who it’s for
Suitable for adults who are curious about movement, yoga, embodiment, or exploring the body in a deeper way. No prior experience of this work is needed.

Tea and a wee snack.
Please bring
Comfortable clothes to move in, water, a yoga mat if you have one, and anything that helps you feel comfortable on the floor. Any props you'd like to use, blanket, cushion and a cup/mug for tea
