Join us for the first Wellness Weekend at Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens taking place over three days, 14th – 16th March.Friday 14th March:

🌿 Specially curated lunch available from Tremenheere Kitchen (12 - 3pm)
🌿 Breathwork with Helen Kelynack (2.30 – 3.30pm – £15)
🌿 Sound Journey in the Skyspace led by Ali Gunning, Resonant Being (4.30 – 6pm – £20)

A full-day Retreat running 10.30am – 4pm (plus additional time to explore the Gardens) and includes:

🌿 A nourishing two-course lunch at Tremenheere Kitchen
🌿 Meditation in the James Turrell Skyspace

🌿 Free time to explore the Sculpture Gardens
Sunday 16th March:
Grounded: Wellness Fair, in association with Argel, The Shop at Tremenheere and Coskewis takes place at Tremenheere Gallery.
Bringing together the best Cornish health and well-being specialists showcasing the rejuvenating and grounding side of Cornwall. (more details soon)
Tremenheere Kitchen will be serving a specially curated wellness menu across the Friday and Saturday. Mor Holan and Tremenheere Kitchen bookings may be made directly and without attending any of the workshops or retreat.
