Grounded Resilience: A First Responders' Wellness Hike
First responders, their families, partners, and close friends who stand beside them in their journey of service and healing are invited to join this wellness hike created to promote mental health and regulation through connection, movement and nature. Wear comfortable shoes, socks and appropriate clothing for the temperature. Participants are encouraged to bring water to stay hydrated on the trail. Additional water and light snacks (Hiking Fuel) are also provided. This hike is intended to be recreational and is voluntary. By choosing to participate, each individual assumes all risks associated with the activity and agrees that the hosts and organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
We will be hiking the River Scene Trail (Approximately 3.5 miles)
