About this Event
Grounded is a structured, skills-based group designed to help you understand your body and mind and learn practical tools you can use in everyday life.
Over 10 weeks we’ll cover different topics, including:
• What happens when we feel overwhelmed
• Anxiety & overthinking
• Sleep & daily rhythms
• Low mood & unhelpful thinking patterns
• Boundaries & self-awareness
This is not a therapy or sharing group. There is no expectation to speak about personal experiences — the focus is on learning and applying tools in your own time.
Each session stands alone but attending regularly helps skills build over time. This group will run over 10 weeks and we will only be accepting new attendees in weeks 1 and 2.
