This year all of the markets will have live music, art shows, food, artist demos, and a wonderful mix of creative vendors. The markets take place in our big parking lot that turns into a welcoming little festival space. It’s a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where people can wander, discover handmade work, and spend time together.Two of the evenings line up with Gallery Night, so those markets will run as night markets when lots of people are already out exploring art spaces around the city!
If you’re new here, Grounded is a collaborative creative space made up of many artists and small businesses working side-by-side. The printshop offers shared tools, studios, and access to hands-on creative processes including papermaking, risograph printing, screenprinting, relief carving, and other print and fiber arts. Throughout the year we host workshops, open studios, and events that invite people to learn, experiment, and connect through making.
If you’d like to participate, the vendor fee is $35 per market, and we’re always excited to welcome artists, craftspeople, and creative small businesses of all kinds. You can find more information and the vendor application on Grounded’s website.
