Step into a deeply immersive evening of stillness, sound, and restoration.
Grounded in Sound is a carefully curated 90-minute experience designed to guide the body into release and the nervous system into profound rest. Through long-held yin postures and fully supported restorative shapes, you are invited to soften, unwind, and return to a more natural state of ease.
Rebecca holds the space with a gentle, intuitive approach to movement and stillness, creating an environment where the body feels supported and the mind can begin to settle.
Layered throughout the experience, Luc Dupuis offers a live, multi-instrumental soundscape featuring handpan, bansuri flute, didgeridoo, and other world instruments. His music is deeply resonant and organic, creating a rich field of vibration that enhances relaxation and invites inward awareness.
Hands-on intuitive energy healing is woven throughout the session, offering subtle, supportive touch to deepen the experience of release, rest, and integration.

About the Facilitators
Luc Dupuis is a Hamilton-based handpan maker, musician, and craftsman who has spent over a decade shaping stainless steel into resonant, soulful instruments. A multi-instrumentalist, he blends handpan, bansuri flute, didgeridoo, and guitar into immersive, earthy soundscapes. As a member of Dirty Hippie Music, his work is rooted in rhythm, breath, and emotional depth.
Rebecca is a yoga teacher and sound healer offering classes rooted in breath, stillness, and intuitive movement. Her work supports softness, nervous system regulation, and reconnection, creating a gentle and supportive space to slow down, listen inward, and move with presence and ease.
