This event offers 3 spaces on the floor, relaxing on a yoga mat—perfect for those who prefer the comfort of grounding on the floor instead of a hammock! Please note, this is a floor-based experience with no hammocks available.

Immerse yourself in a serene sound bath experience, where soothing vibrations and harmonious sounds create a meditative journey. Let the music guide you through a vast, tranquil expanse, bringing deep relaxation and inner peace.

· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked at class start time for everyone's safety.
