We’re getting ready for a refreshing and empowering Grounded Hangout designed for youth ages 4–17. This Hangout is a space where our kids can care for their mental and emotional health through creativity, reflection, and healthy routines.This month’s theme: #RestAndRenewal💚
We’ll Explore:
✔️Pause & Reflect: Learning how to slow down, check in, and grow in self-awareness
✔️Set Intentions: Creating meaningful goals and healthy plans for the year ahead
✔️Find a Healthy Rhythm: Balancing activity and rest without burnout
✔️Renew & Recharge: Using rest and reflection to restore peace, focus, and emotional balance
✔️The Lord’s Prayer: Reflecting on God’s Word to guide our thoughts and bring daily direction and peace
