Grounded: A Womens Cacao Ceremony

Join me for an evening of slowing down, softening in, and reconnecting with your roots before the busyness of the holiday season.
This sacred women’s gathering is an invitation to pause, breathe, and ground into your heart through the medicine of cacao, guided meditation, and community connection.

We’ll open the evening with intention setting and a gentle grounding ritual, followed by a heart-opening cacao ceremony and guided meditation. You’ll be invited to release what no longer serves you and realign with peace, gratitude, and presence — leaving you nourished, centered, and deeply connected.

We will close the night with sound journey that will have us feeling grounded and in our hearts.

• A water bottle (staying hydrated supports the cacao integration process)
• A journal and pen for reflections and intentions
• A blanket or cozy layers to stay comfortable during meditation
• An open heart and willingness to receive

For the most embodied experience, it’s best to enjoy light, nourishing meals earlier in the day and avoid heavy foods, caffeine, or alcohol for several hours before ceremony. Please also make sure to drink at least

60 oz of water before the ceremony. We will not drink water during the ceremony.

We’ll be sharing ceremonial-grade cacao from Guatamala, ethically sourced and prepared with love.
Cacao naturally increases blood flow and heart rate, so if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on heart Medic*tion, have high blood pressure, or are taking antidepressants (especially MAOIs or SSRIs), please let us know beforehand and ask your medical provider if you are unsure if Cacao is for you — you may receive a smaller serving or a caffeine-free alternative.

This is a safe, supportive space for women to ground, connect, and come home to themselves — body, mind, and soul. 🌿
