Grounded is a monthly outdoor gathering designed for providers who believe in whole-person care. Whether you practice integrative or functional medicine, work as a therapist, or simply find yourself looking for better solutions for your patients — this is your community.
Each gathering begins with 30 minutes of guided somatic practice at Railhead Park in Frisco — breathing, moving, and yes, feet in the grass — followed by 30 minutes of open conversation with like-minded practitioners.
No agenda. No pressure. Just an hour that fills your cup as much as it builds your network.
Located just east of Legacy at Railhead Park, just across the street from the Jefferson Railway apartments.
