Grounded: a group to learn to reset your nervous system

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, on edge, stuck in your head, or just a little disconnected from your body lately, this evening is for you!

Join me at Creation Counseling Daytona for a relaxed, interactive night focused on learning simple, practical tools to help you reset your nervous system when stress kicks in. We’ll talk briefly about how your body responds to stress, and then I'll guide you through a few somatic (body-based) exercises.These are tools you can use in everyday life when you’re feeling activated, anxious, overstimulated, or emotionally flooded.

This is not group therapy. It’s a skills-based, educational space with gentle movement and guided exercises.

• Safe ways to release tension
