In honor of Earth Day on the 22nd we will harness our nurturing Mother Earth energy while learning new techniques to ground and center ourselves through posture awareness and asanas. The class will be a combination of pranayama (breath control), slow and steady vinyasa, and some deep yin holds (think juicy hip openers).
$75 include indoor baths afterward
