About this Event
Join us for an evening of self-care and sustainable living practices as we tune inward, sync with the natural frequencies of the earth and experience rejuvenating rest at Wild Willow Farm.
In this workshop, you will:
- Learn breathing techniques to feel a sense of calm
- Move through grounding yoga poses
- Relax and meditate in nature
- Experience a soothing crystal alchemy sound bath
- Tour of farm and learn about sustainable and healthy eating
- Shop for organic produce grown and harvested by the farm
- Spend time with the animals
Please bring a yoga mat and anything else that will help you be comfortable during the yoga and sound bath. It is recommended to dress in layers.
