Ground and elevate in this kundalini workshop as we approach the season of autumn and the nourishing energy it provides.Kundalini Yoga Instructor Lana Bluege will lead a two hour class to cleanse the body and balance the chakras. Our kundalini practice will include mantra, breath work and strengthening kriyas for the mind and body.
Optional essential oils and autumn flora will be offered at the end of class prior to relaxation.
