About this Event

This 10-hour workshop offers an opportunity to experience a holotropic state of consciousness. Holotropic means “moving toward wholeness,” and through intensified breathing, evocative music, and a carefully held set and setting, the psyche’s inner healing intelligence is invited to emerge beyond ordinary awareness. Experiences can unfold across biographical, perinatal, and transpersonal realms, with the process held and integrated in a well-supported group setting.

GROF® Breathwork workshops offer two experiences: as a breather and as a sitter, always supported by expert facilitation. This model was originally developed in the 1970s by Stanislav and Christina Grof.
