Putting the T & A in Tacoma!The Gritty City Sirens are a premier, Tacoma-based burlesque troupe formed in 2010. They are known for high-energy, vaudevillian-style performances that mix classic tease with a modern, theatrical flair; comedic, artistic, empowering, and sexy. Founded to bring burlesque to the South Sound, this sultry sisterhood features performers like Rosie Cheex, Ava D’ Jor, Heather Hostility, Pink Champagne, Lady GoDiva, Lucy Morals, Fedora Borealis, and Adora Borealis, as well as a roster of local and regional guest performers.
Over the years, they’ve gained a reputation for raucous, sold-out shows, promoting body positivity and social acceptance, and community involvement through charity work.
