About this Event
Transform your body with compound functional strength exercises. This low impact workout consists of 7 focused strength exercises executed for 30 seconds each to build a “Power Tower.” We work our way up the tower in the first half of class. Perform 2 minutes of core work at the top of the tower, and then work our way back down. Expect total body burn and an energetic strength challenge! Sneakers required, 45 minutes. Bring a yoga mat. You'll also recieve free frescas for a year, and the chance to try a complimentary, signature CRISP & GREEN entree item! We can't wait to see you there!
