Grit & Glitz--Pain Under Pressure

Life applies pressure in many forms—leadership, family, work, grief, growth, and seasons of transition. The question isn’t whether we’ll experience pressure, but what that pressure produces in us.

The March Grit & Glitz event invites women into an intentional space to reflect, connect, and grow—together.

This month, we continue our Diamonds Not Dust series by exploring the relationship between pain and pressure:

• How pain carries information, not punishment
• How unprocessed pain can make pressure feel crushing
• How supported, intentional growth can turn pressure into purpose
  

This is not a lecture. This is not surface-level networking. This is a table where women are allowed to be honest, reflective, and supported.
