Grimoldby Primary School near Louth is proud to announce the much-anticipated return of its spectacular Summer Fair. Taking place from 4pm - 7pm on Friday 21st June, the event is set to be the highlight of the summer term, promising a day filled with fun, entertainment and excitement for the whole family – and everybody is welcome! The fair will boast a whole host of attractions and activities, many of which are kindly provided by Lincolnshire-based businesses. Visitors will be able to test their skills as they take on the challenge of the rodeo bull, bounce to their heart’s content on the bouncy castle, delight in the magical experience of a pony ride or indulge in colour and sparkle with face painting and glitter hair.
The fair will host over 30 craft stalls, showcasing unique treasures and handmade creations from local artisans, with something for every taste and interest. Live bands, line dancers and stilt walkers will keep the crowds entertained, while a tribute act honouring the legendary Dolly Parton and Shania Twain (as seen on Channel 5’s, Bargain Loving Brits in-the sun) will provide the sensational sounds of country music.
After enjoying all the entertainment, visitors can relax with a refreshing drink from the on-site bar, courtesy of Fizz on the Fens, and treat their taste buds to a mouthwatering slice of Augustinos Pizza or a delicious dish from Gourmet Lincs Hot Dogs. And, of course, no summer fair would be complete without an ice cream van!
In addition to all the fun activities, Grimoldby School will be running its summer raffle with the chance to win some amazing prizes, including tickets to watch Lincoln City Football Club, welded bracelets, cinema tickets, beauty vouchers, local restaurant vouchers, swimming lessons and much more.
"We're thrilled to invite the community to join us for our Summer Fair," said Grimoldby School Headteacher Antonia Brooks. "It's a fantastic opportunity for families and friends to come together, have fun and support our school. We can't wait to see you there!"
The Summer Fair will take place at Grimoldby Primary School, Tinkle Street, Grimoldby from 4pm to 7pm on Friday 21st June. Admission is free.
