Get ready for the wildest BBQ class of the year—it’s March Madness, Grillmaster style!
You’ll roll up your sleeves, join a team, and compete head-to-head in a bracket-style grilling competition featuring burgers, steaks, and surprise dishes. Each round brings new challenges, flavor, and bragging rights—until one team advances to the Wagyu Steak Final Round to take on our championship BBQ instructors!
Along the way, you’ll master techniques for direct and indirect grilling, smoke roasting, and griddle cooking on charcoal, gas, and flattop setups. Expect pro-level instruction, hands-on action, and plenty of laughs (and flames).
