During the class you will learn how to prepare and cook a beef brisket, pork shoulder, pork ribs, chicken thighs, and potentially another meat or two. Please come with your questions and a healthy appetite. We'll be doing an interactive meat prep and cooking demo for approximately 75-90 minutes and afterwards we'll be eating everything prepped that day. We'll also have several side dishes available. Drinks can be purchased from the bar.
