Step into nature, breathe deeply, and find support as you walk with others who understand.
About this Event

Grief can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Our Grief Walks offer a calm and welcoming space to move at your own pace, whether you want to reflect quietly, share your thoughts with others, or simply take in the beauty of Walthamstow Wetlands.

When we are grieving, there are so many benefits to walking:

  • It can boost well-being by lifting our mood and improving the quality of our sleep;
  • Walking with others forms connections and helps us feel less alone;
  • Being in nature can help us feel connected to the present.

Our walks take place on the first Friday morning of each month through to October.

Our volunteer hosts will be available to help you participate in any way you wish to.

Whatever your loss, and whether this is recent or a long time ago, everyone is welcome.

The walk is FREE to attend, thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund.
