Grief Walk

Our community participants will offer a variety of supportive modalities, including memory jar creation, chair yoga, and guided imagery, along with traditional prayer, to honor and support survivors. All refreshments and supplies will be provided for participants. Chair yoga instruction will be available during the event to promote relaxation and centeredness. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to create and personalize a memory jar to take home, providing a special place to store cherished memories and mementos of their loved ones.
