Grief to Gratitude Workshop: This event lasts 1 hour
Join us for a transformative workshop where we will explore ways to navigate the journey from grief to gratitude. This in-person event will take place at the John G. Mlacak Community Centre. Julia will lead a gentle Grief Yoga® flow all done seated in a chair. Carol will read her poetry and explore the importance of feeling your grief emotions. Discover tools and techniques to help you find healing and gratitude even in the midst of grief. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with others who understand and support you on this path.
