GRIEF TO GRACE

Grief to Grace is an 8-week, trauma-informed grief support series designed to provide a compassionate and supportive environment for adults navigating loss. Through reflection, storytelling, guided discussions, and community connection, participants will explore their grief journey in a space that encourages healing, understanding, and personal growth.

This program recognizes that grief can come from many life experiences, including the loss of loved ones, community violence, major life transitions, or long-held emotional pain. Each session creates space for participants to process emotions at their own pace while receiving support from others walking a similar path.

This opening session focuses on creating emotional safety and gently acknowledging loss while building trust within the group.
