Loss is a part of life’s natural cycle, yet grief—the profound response to loss—often goes unseen, unacknowledged, or misunderstood. This workshop offers a safe, compassionate space to explore grief, transforming it from a burden into a source of deep, radical change. Together, we’ll witness how our nervous systems hold grief and learn to listen to the language of our bodies, examining how personal and systemic trauma has shaped us.

- Grounding Meditation: Start with a grounding exercise to center your presence and welcome the day’s intentions.
- Exploring Loss: Discuss the forms of loss—from loved ones and experiences to personal transformation.
