� Grief Support Workshop at St. Bartholomew’s �St. Bartholomew Parish is offering a free grief support workshop for anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one. This gentle, supportive program provides a safe space to share, reflect, and heal alongside others who understand.
Each session includes:
• Group discussion
• Supportive handouts
• Personal reflection
• A workbook for ongoing guidance
We will explore meaningful topics such as loneliness, anger, fear, regret, relationships, and hope.
