Peer-to-Peer Workshop - A Community Connection Series
Cardamom Path is dedicated to transforming the journey towards life's end into a passage marked by understanding, care, and dignity. Co-founders, Pam Chotiswatdi, MPH & Angela Lockhart are rooted in the belief that the End of Life deserves as much beauty and care as the beginning. They strive to bridge the gaps between individuals facing the end of life, their loved ones, and the professionals who serve them and committed to illuminating the importance of griefwork, facilitating transitions in the dying process, and advocating for sustainable practices such as green burials.
Regina Vassia is a Reiki Master and restorative yoga teacher who offers nervous-system-regulating classes that blend gentle supported postures with Reiki energy healing and sound bowl meditation. Her classes are designed to help participants slow down, release stress, and feel safe in their bodies-leaving grounded, calm and deeply supported.
Cynthia Scala is the heart and soul behind Sacred Remembrance. A Holy Fire Reiki 1 & 2 practitioner, she is devoted to guiding women to their power, worth, and softness. Through Breathwork, Somatic Healing and Sacred Sound she helps women release, reconnect, and remember the truth of who they are—one breath at a time. She offers Traditional Mayan Cacao connecting you to your heart. She creates every session and gathering with intention, love, and reverence.
