In this workshop:
Grief is universal, yet navigating it, especially around the holidays, can feel isolating, overwhelming, and painful. Whether you’re mourning the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of a pet, a health decline, an empty nest, or any life transition, grief impacts both the mind and body in profound ways.
In this 90-minute interactive workshop, grief specialist Marna Brickman, LCSW-C, will guide you through understanding what’s happening in your brain and body, why people grieve differently, and how to cope with the wide range of emotions that arise. Through discussion, reflection, and practical tools, you’ll learn ways to make the process more bearable, and discover that even in loss, growth and meaning are possible.
Join us in a safe, supportive space where you can share your experience, feel seen, and leave a little lighter, stronger, and connected to the love that brought you here.
