Join us for a three-evening grief retreat where participants will be offered insights into the grieving process.
Grief is a lifetime journey, and Br. Fred Cabras, OFM Capuchin, LCSW, will offer spiritual, psychological, and emotional insights to help a person process, heal, and carry the challenge of losing a loved one.
Having just come out of the holiday season can be an extra challenging time, and the loss of a loved one can feel more profound. This retreat will help you navigate your feelings and find healthy ways to honor and remember your loved one.
