About this Event
As Valentine’s Day approaches, we start to emphasize romance, celebration, and togetherness. Yet, many people will also experience longing, memories, and emotions that don’t seem to align with the moment. Whether we’re anticipating a marriage proposal or missing a dear family member, it’s all love.
Grief is love ❤️
This gathering will allow space for reflection to acknowledge loss, honor connection, and find our way forward. This session is for anyone navigating grief, which could be related to the loss of a person, a relationship, a season of life, or something harder to name.
Together, we’ll engage in guided reflection, journaling, and simple creative activities centered on embracing grief as an act of love, and not a curse to shy away from. The space is structured but open, reflective but grounded. Sharing is optional. There is no pressure to explain, fix, or perform in any particular way.
You’re welcome to bring your Where Grief Meets Grace journal or notebook.
Grief belongs here 💜
