BUT the commonality for all of us is — it’s always best to have compassionate support when going through the grieving process.

Grief specialists will share about the quality resources available in the Tulsa area -- including grief classes specific to certain losses and upcoming workshops such as surviving the holidays and rebuilding after loss. International speaker Kathy Holcomb and widow Angie Bowker-Felts will each talk about the role of grace in the grieving process. Local health practitioners will share how grief negatively impacts our physical body and the practical actions we can do to take better care of ourselves…including the role of movement, humor, and great chocolate in our healing journey!
