Ladies, step into the wild and join us for our Second Annual Women in Nature (WIN) Workshop at Chandler Park! This one-of-a-kind experience is designed to empower women with outdoor skills, build confidence in nature, and foster a sense of community and adventure.
Our activities include:
✨ARCHERY + ATLATLS
Learn the fundamentals of safely shooting a compound bow and the ancient technique of
throwing spears using an atlatl.
✨FORAGING
Discover how to identify, ethically harvest and prepare edible wild plants for both food and
medicinal uses.
✨NATURE OBSERVATION + WILDLIFE TRACKING
Learn to read animal tracks and signs, interpret their behaviors, and start a nature journal to
document your experiences.
✨WILDERNESS SURVIVAL SKILLS
Master essential survival techniques including fire-building, sourcing and purifying water, and
more.
✨LUNCHTIME CHALLENGE
Put your fire skills to the test as you prepare and cook your own lunch using fires you’ve built
during the survival session.
