✨ Welcome to Suffolk’s first Grief Disco ✨St Elizabeth Hospice is offering you the opportunity to dance, connect and shake off your grief on the dancefloor with a great club atmosphere.
Guest DJs will be on the decks, creating an uplifting experience designed to move body and soul. Your host, Chris, will be holding the space throughout the event to support and uplift 💜

Our Rituals Room is a chill-out area where you can take part in some simple rituals to honour your grief and celebrate loved ones if you wish 🛋
Plus, we will be offering a non-alcoholic bar to keep the energy flowing 🍹
Please note this event is for over 18s only. We hope to do a family-friendly event in the near future.
