Grief Circle
Join us for an evening of grief tending in circle at Yoga Chai Club on February 1 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.
This gently facilitated offering will bring a small group together in community to share our stories of grief and find comfort through ritual, song, story, and somatics. To close out the evening, we will celebrate our connection with light snacks and drink.
All forms of grief, loss, and sorrow are welcome – none are too big or small. Whether it’s the loss of a person, place or pet, a life transition, or the sorrow you feel for what is unfolding in the world, your grief has a place within the circle.
