About this Event
This course will explain Buddhist methods to move through our grief, heal our pain, and find renewed purpose and meaning in our lives with Resident Teacher, Gen Khacho.
Grief is a painful feeling we are all familiar with. The loss we feel from the end of a relationship, separation from loved ones, or the death of a friend or relative can leave us feeling devastated. We may even feel we can never find our way back to a balanced and peaceful mind.
In this course, we will learn methods on how to deal with the inevitable winds of change and loss in our lives – so we can understand and move through our grief, heal our pain, and find renewed purpose and meaning.
Each session will consist of a short teaching, prayers and meditations with refreshments between sessions.
No previous experience is necessary. Everyone welcome.
