About this Event
Grief Support Circle – Beaufort Library
Grief changes the landscape of life. Whether your loss is recent or years old, you do not have to carry it alone.
Join us for a gentle, welcoming grief support circle designed to provide connection, reflection, and practical tools for navigating loss. In this small group setting, participants will have the opportunity to share (if they wish), listen, and learn ways to move through grief with compassion for themselves.
Led by Dr. Katrina Williams, Clinical Psychologist and Relationship Coach, this gathering offers guided discussion, supportive exercises, and space to honor the many emotions that come with loss.
This group is open to anyone experiencing grief related to the loss of a loved one, relationship, life transition, or significant change.
What to expect:
- A supportive, judgment-free space
- Gentle guidance and reflection exercises
- Connection with others who understand loss
- Practical ways to care for yourself while grieving
You are welcome exactly as you are. Quiet listeners are just as welcome as those who wish to share.
Location & Parking:
Street parking and a nearby paid parking lot are available. When you arrive, please check in at the library front desk and they will direct you to the room where the group is meeting.
Important Note:
This gathering is a community support group and is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
Come sit with us. Healing often begins simply by not being alone.
