Join us for a gentle and compassionate yoga practice created to hold space for both grief and healing. This special class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect—with your breath, your body, and the quiet support of community.Grief is not something to fix or rush through. It asks to be witnessed, honored, and held with care. Through slow, accessible movement, mindful breathing, and moments of stillness, this class offers a supportive environment for wherever you are in your journey—whether you are navigating loss, supporting someone who is, or simply feeling the weight of the world.
All proceeds from this class will benefit A Haven, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing free grief support to children, teens, and young adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Their work creates a safe and nurturing space for young people to process loss and find connection in community.
