Grief and Loss Support Group. This class is taught by a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS)
This Class will Address the Following:
• Dispel misconceptions about grief
• Explore the uniqueness of your grief and your feelings of loss
• Understand the Six Needs of Mourning
• Teach you strategies to assist with processing your grief
• Show you ways to practice self-care and nurture yourself
• Provide you with options for reconciliation as you heal and integrate your loss
By the End of this Group:
You should have a better understanding of the grief and loss process, be familiar with the "Six Tasks of Mouning," and have learned a few strategies to assist you with coping with your grief and loss. This Grief and Loss Group has 12 sessions and will be once a week.
