🌱Grief 101 is a two-hour workshop designed to provide practical tips and insights for navigating life after loss. In this session, we’ll take an honest look at what grief really looks like—beyond the clichés and well-meaning advice. Through candid discussion, we’ll explore coping strategies, emotional self-care, and tools to help manage the day-to-day challenges of grieving.
Grief is a universal part of being human—something we all encounter in different ways and at different times. Learning to live with it, rather than around it, can open the door to some of our most meaningful and connected experiences. Whether you're new to grief or further along in your journey, this workshop offers support and real-world advice for moving forward while honoring your emotions. Together, we’ll explore ways to reframe these moments, helping you reclaim your peace and find a path forward with greater ease and understanding.
A group guided meditation & an opportunity to journal will be included in this workshop as well.

💛Bio: Angelina, Amanda & Corey are peer-led grief support group facilitators in the Treasure Valley with real life experiences navigating the various aspects and complexities of grief. We have consistently offered our support group, Good Grief, on a bi-weekly basis for 4 years, hosted a number of workshops and have supported hundreds of people during this time with their own experiences. Our approach is one of support, understanding and helpful, practical techniques that we have developed throughout our own journeys of grief and loss.
