Grief 101 is a free information series about grief and loss. This is the third module in the 3 part series titled “Grief Companioning and Supporting Others” although the sessions can be attended in any order. In this session participants learn about the process of grief and mourning, and how to be a companion to others who are going through these difficult transitions.
The sessions take place in the evening on the 1st, 2nd,and 3rd Tuesday of each month in the Ocean Front Village Boardroom (3rd Floor) located at 2900 Cliffe Avenue in Courtenay. Space is limited and registration is requested, please call 250-871-0696 ext 1. or sign up through Eventbrite.
