From the moment you arrive, a GridFit trainer welcomes you, walks you through each movement, and offers options for every ability level. The circuit is simple, structured, and easy to follow. Complete 1 round, 3 rounds, or all 5 whatever feels right. Every movement can be scaled, so beginners and seasoned gym-goers alike can find their flow.
