About this Event
We'll be joined by the RNLI to look at their educational work in recent months to support future developments at Aberdeen Beach and the Rivers Dee & Don. Water Safety in the city is a shared responsibility across the local authority, the emergency services, Sport Aberdeen, Water Safety Scotland and other national charities.
We shall look at the engagement work conducted by the RNLI with young people including nurseries, schools, universities and youth groups to help develop personal and group safety which will provide knowledge and understanding of how to have fun, safely, when enjoying near and in water activities across our City.
Free tea and coffee will be served by our wonderful Greyhope Bay volunteers.
Please note: Greyhope Bay is a charity and our Greyhope Mornings are not directly funded. Donations are greatly appreciated and allow us to continue running these events for the community. Free tickets are available. If you are able to make a donation, select 'Donation ticket' at checkout, and enter your donation amount. All donations are greatly appreciated and make a difference as they allow us to cover the costs of running Greyhope Mornings.
