Any kids, >4 <15yrs old Every Sunday.Gather by the play park about 8.45, brief and warm up about 9am, then run, walk, skip whatever you want for a 2km around the park.
Fully marshalled, so you don't have to run with the kids, in fact you can see the whole course from the little mound.
Register at www.parkrun.com and just bring your barcode along either paper or on a device.
Always looking for marshals, ask the run director for details, doesn't have to be every week
