Join the fight against mental health stigma by running, walking or rolling! The whole family can have a great time while exploring the connection between physical and mental wellness. We encourage people of all abilities to register and there is a shortened kids dash for younger participants.
All proceeds to support health education programs in Lenawee County. Our goal is to increase the awareness of mental health issues with a focus on overall health and wellness; mind, body, and spirit.
